The subsidy amounts to 60 percent of the fixed costs. With regular maintenance of a bonus booklet, the share increases to 70 percent after 5 years and to 75 percent after 10 years.  <\/p>\n<p>ATTENTION: A major gap unfortunately means &#8220;back to square one&#8221;! Anyone who interrupts regular check-ups will unfortunately have to start all over again and lose their bonus entitlement. Children and adolescents must go for a check-up twice a year until they are 18 if they want the bonus.
