Better dental care for toddlers in Wiesbaden and the surrounding area

From July 1, 2019, parents of toddlers aged 0-3 years with statutory health insurance can take advantage of three additional early dental check-ups. Dentists had been calling for this increased prevention for many years and had also scientifically substantiated the need. Across Germany, around 15% of children under 3 years of age are already affected by tooth decay, especially the so-called “nursing bottle caries.”
